Portrait Party

Description:
Shelley brings her photo studio to you for a fun and easy professional portrait sitting. You and your friends can visit while individual groups are photographed, either at your home or at a picturesque outdoor location near you. For house parties, Shelley will furnish one background or use your selected scenery to capture wonderful portraits. She will shoot color but all images can be made into black and white too. It is a low-stress, fun opportunity to have beautiful portraits made of yourself and the children in a relaxed atmosphere.

Host Responsibilities and Benefits:
The host is responsible for scheduling between 4-10 families per party. The host supplies food, drinks, the setting, and is tasked with coordinating the 30 minute sittings. In return, they get to go first. The host will also enjoy a discount equal to 10% of the total sales applied to their own print order.

Guest Benefits:
Two days after the party, guests review online proofs of their pictures on a private section of www.shelleydrouin.com to see which images they will purchase. In order to accommodate the hosts benefits, guests will only have 2 weeks to order.

Details:
Minimum number of 4 sittings (1 of which is the host),

Maximum number of 10 sittings.

There is no sitting fee.

Each sitting is 30 minutes long and is limited only by your wishes. This time slot is totally open; there is no restriction on who can be in it: children, parents, grandparents, friends, etc..

 Proofs will be posted on a private page on my web site - 48 hours after the party. There is a 14-day limit to ordering prints.

Gallery Wraps - Fine art canvas prints are printed on a double weave, cotton/polyester blend canvas. The canvas wraps around and is ready to hang.
10X10: $100
11X14: $120

Collages: 9 images in a 10X10: $90
Story boards: 3-5X7's in a row (20X10): $75

Other sizes are available.
Shipping on first order (per person) is free.
Limitless duplicate prints of the same image and dimensions are half price
(except wallet, gallery wraps and collages.)

If the location is outside of a 40-mile radius of Acton MA, travel time will be added.
